Permit Intake and Kiosk Locations

COVID-19 NOTICE

The Air Quality Department cares about the health of our customers, employees, and the community. To that end, we are taking steps to reduce foot traffic in county buildings and encouraging customers to conduct their business electronically.

The following options are available for customers to submit permit applications:

  • Permits for dust, subcontractor registration, and annual fees can be submitted and paid for online.
  • General, non-title V, title V and burn permits, and vapor decal applications may be submitted via email to AQpermits@maricopa.gov.  You will be contacted for payment once your application is received.
  • For paper permit applications, a drop box is located outside the lobby at 501 N. 44th Street, Suite 200 and at 3800 N. Central Ave., Suite 1400.
  • Customers may call 602-506-6010 or email AQpermits@maricopa.gov for assistance.
