About Workforce Development

Maricopa Workforce Connections is operated by Maricopa County’s Workforce Development Division within the Human Services Department. Its purpose is to promote and facilitate strategic alliances among public and private stakeholders within the County to ensure workforce excellence and contribute to the economic vitality for area employers, incumbent workers and future workers. The Centers provide specialized services to both employers and job seekers, most of which are free of charge.
